1. What the service provides

Paystubs Studio provides an online tool for preparing a paystub-style earnings statement PDF using information entered by the user. The service formats the information supplied by you and may provide payroll withholding estimates for supported settings. It is not a payroll provider, employer, accounting firm, or tax adviser, and it does not pay wages or verify employment or income.

2. Calculations and accuracy

Any tax or withholding figures shown by the service are estimates based on the information entered and the rules supported by the tool. Individual circumstances, elections, benefits, local requirements, and changes in law can affect actual payroll results. We do not guarantee that a calculation will match an employer's payroll system or a person's final tax liability.

You are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, earnings, deductions, and totals before using or downloading a document. Check payroll amounts against official records and consult a qualified payroll or tax professional when appropriate.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree that information you enter will be accurate, truthful, and provided with appropriate authorization. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service and any document you create complies with applicable laws and the rights of others.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use Paystub Studio to create, alter, or present a document that falsely represents employment, wages, hours, deductions, or payment. You may not impersonate another person or business, use information without authorization, commit fraud, mislead a lender, landlord, employer, government agency or other party, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

A document created with this tool is user-prepared and is not an employer-issued record, independent verification, or proof that wages were earned or paid.

5. Pricing, payment, and downloads

The price and purchase details shown at checkout apply to your order. Payments and payment-status verification are handled through the third-party payment provider presented during checkout. A download becomes available only after the payment has been confirmed by the service.

Review your entries and preview carefully before purchasing. If a technical problem prevents delivery of a paid PDF, contact customer support so the issue can be reviewed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Third-party payment providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Privacy and information

Do not enter information you are not authorized to use. You should avoid sending full Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords, or other sensitive information to customer support. 7. Intellectual property

The website, software, branding, and original design elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where permitted by law or with written permission, you may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service itself. You remain responsible for having the right to use information and materials you submit.

8. Service availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that a document will be accepted by a third party. You use the service at your own discretion and should keep your own copies of important records.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paystub Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the service, including losses resulting from errors in user-entered information, a third party's decision about a document, or service interruption. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected. Nothing in this section creates a limitation that is prohibited by applicable law.

We may update the service or these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use after revised terms are posted indicates acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
