This Privacy Policy explains how Paystubs Studio handles information when you use our website to prepare user-entered payroll statement PDFs, place an order, or contact support.

Depending on how you use the service, information may include your email address; employer and employee names and mailing addresses; pay-period dates; earnings, deductions, and tax settings; optional last four digits of an SSN or account number; and information you submit through our contact form. Please enter only information you are authorized to use and avoid submitting full Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information.
How information is used
Information is used to prepare the PDF you request, calculate and display estimates from the details you enter, create and manage an order, verify payment, deliver your file, respond to support requests, protect the service, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.
Orders, files, and retention
Order records may include your email address, order and payment status, payroll information needed to prepare the document, and a reference to the generated PDF. Generated PDFs may be stored so the service can deliver them and provide order support. Contact-form submissions may also be stored so support requests can be handled.
We do not state a fixed deletion period in this policy. Retention can depend on operational, security, payment, and legal needs. We receive information needed to associate payment confirmation with your order. We use the email address you provide to deliver order-related messages and respond to requests. Do not email full SSNs, full account numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive details to support.

We use technical and operational measures intended to protect order information and restrict access. No website or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can contact us to ask about information associated with your order, correct an issue, or request deletion.
